Thunder VoltThis is my skin entry for the God and Godesses contest.
He is made of Clouds with Electricity Circling Around him.
Looking at his hands, there is blue on it, that allows him to throw balls of electricity, along with lightning.
The Clouds, Lightning, and Thunder are at his command.
