This is the skin version of Toa Matoro Mahri from the discontinued LEGO franchise, Bionicle.
Matoro was the Ko-Matoran interpreter of Turaga Nuju, the Toa Inika of Ice and the Toa Mahri of Ice. As a Toa Mahri, he heroically and selflessly donned the Kanohi Ignika to save the life of the Great Spirit Mata Nui, sacrificing himself in the process.
