Rain Goddess!

Meet Amphora, The goddess mainly of Rain and storms, but also the goddess of cows.

She has a giant cloud castle in the skies, where she can sit all day on her throne and send rain to places that need her. She is mostly very helpful and happy, but if she feels a strong negative emotion she sends storms to places that caused the emotions.

Once, a man decided it would be funny to eat some beef in front of her shrine. Normally, eating her special animals would be okay, because she understood that cows were made to help the mortal race, but that particular day she had woken up and fell out of bed, so she was in a bad mood. She sent a rainstorm after him for eternity in return.
