It's not incredibly easy to see since the head is the only part uncovered by the pajamas, but there are different shading styles for the clothing and the skin. Here, the clothing is more dithered than the skin, since pieces of clothing usually have more texture to them (with the exception of latex bodysuits). The skin is smoother, with a lot less dithering.
