I decided to take advantage of the coming 1.8 skin format in order to create a skin of Borderlands 2's most asymmetrical character. Unfortunately, the tattoos do not glow while using magical powers. In fact, it doesn't come with the magic powers, either. If you'd like to share this skin or host it elsewhere, you may - just remember to give credit.
