Minecraft Skin Request -

Hello all, I cannot draw to save my life, I hope somebody can make me this.

I don't mind the hat being an additional hair layer if needed, as long as it looks like the picture, you can do whatever you'd like with the layers.
Shade it or don't, just make it look realistic (as you can).

I don't care how you do it, just make it look like that image, 1.8 compatible, skin customization compatible, and looking exactly like the pic, and realistic.

Sorry if I'm so specific. I just have waited so long on many other threads and got nothing.
