Needing a skin: Nodoka from Mahou Sensei Negima

Hey, I'm wanting a skin, and since I can't do any artwork to save my life (look at my mods... you will know what i mean) i thought I'd ask here

Specifically what I'm wanting is a skin of Nodoka from Mahou Sensei Negima ( http://negima.wikia.com/wiki/Nodoka_Miyazaki ) and to be even more specific, in the white cloak (like in the reference images below)
Oh yeah, not trying to be too much of a jerk... but I'm stupidly picky about the quality of skins btw <,<

Edit: Oh yeah, and it has to be a 1.7 skin since it doesn't sound like 1.8 is gonna be a thing for a VERY long time...
