Paying $1 for a skin.

First off, don't just make a skin and demand money from me, that's not how this works. I would surely run out of dollars.

Current Status: Open

Anyway, I have a difficult skin I want done, and I want it done well, very well. I want this skin done as well as $1 can get me. Below is the reference picture, if you think that you can accomplish such a skin, and accomplish it beyond well, send me a pm with as many of your previous skins (3d view please) as you wish, and I will let you know if I want you to skin this for me. Once I have found someone to do the skin, I will change the status above to "Closed". Simple enough? The payment will be through paypal if that matters.

Instructions for the skinning: Feel free to stray some from the original image. If anything, I would prefer this. This reference picture is only a basic resemblance of what I want, and if you need to sacrifice elements in favor for the overall look of the skin (as long as these elements are not detrimental) then that would be far more preferable.

Additionally, I would like this skin to feature a 1.8 jacket/cloak, completely up to your own design, as long as it seems fit on the skin itself.
