Hello there I make and edit skins for free! I do have rules for what I can and cannot make though. There are rules below.

RULES
1. I will not make any inappropriate/offensive skins.
2. Be kind and I'll make you a skin.
3. Please show me an image of what you'd like your skin to look like or a reference.
