Welp, my latest skin! Neon Lights!Honestly, this was just a spur-of-the-moment idea :3 I was inspired by the vintage neon signs of my hometown.
I'd like to say that this was probably the most detailed skin I've made in a while and I tried a few new shadings. Hope you like it! Just a lil' pic (updated).
Edit- I added a fringe because why not ^.^
