Hi PMC, it's Pika, bringing you a skin. It is for the Official PMC contest, Above the Clouds.

Story and Explanation
This is Mia, the Goddess of Luck and Flight. She lives within the clouds, flying around, watching over the humans. It relates to above the clouds since she is an angel who lives within a cloud. Her cloud is her home, the place where she collects memories of humans, whether if they are good or bad. During the daytime, she flies with her rainbow belt, which is considered good luck by the humans of Earth. Myths say that people who see her rainbow belt receive happiness and a good luck charm that lasts for 12 hours. While she flies and wishes luck upon the good humans, Mia collects memories to learn about her previous life and humans. That doesn't mean she likes to stalk humans, it's just that she wants to know what her life was like before she became an angel. Other legends say that her gold accessories on her dress and head were in her previous life, meaning that those gold garments are full of luck.

Before she became the Goddess she is now, her friends on earth claim that Mia's name before she passed was Amirah. Her friends also said that the passing happened when she was 18 years old. They also said that she had a desire to fly. It was a desire that she wanted badly, her friends decided that they should make a garment to remind her of the skies. When it was Amirah's 16th Birthday, her friends have presented her with this garment. It had a jewel that was sea green, yet more blue than green. She has worn these gold and sapphire jewel garments ever since, wearing them when facing big challenges. Her last moment on earth was in an airplane, where she decided that it was okay to jump out of the airplane. She belived that she could fly, but simply landed in the ocean. Nothing was heard ever since.

When she was reborn as an angel, she flew around, wondering what her purpose of life was. This explains why she collects memories of humans, to answer her question. In her current days, she flies around, learning about the clouds and what it has to offer.
