Aquila - Spawn of the Golden Age

A long time ago, there was a period in time, where the earth was scattered through space, the sky was large, dark and mysterious. This was where the golden children of Blaine were the only things inhabbiting our world, the old world. They were bright, holy colours of gold. 17 creations in total, each as noble as the other.

Aquila was the 17th born, one of 2 of the creations that could travel from land to land in a single jump.
Way below, was a world of harsh heat, and rocky mountains, above the clouds of earth, chunks of land float freely, the cool crisp winds flowing throughout the space. Aquila hated the mainland because of its heat, but it had to visit every few months to collect blueberries that it would store inside its golden body. Living above the clouds was difficult for the other creations as they couldnt store food like Aquila, so it decided to live on the floating islands for generations, watching the clouds float by below it.
This is a very different skin to my original idea, but I like it ^-^
