This is my entry for Darkrai48 and MinecraftPringles Palette Contest.

Story: In the depths of Minecraftia, there lives a race of crystal creatures. Most are peacful, content to dwell in the darkness of the underground. Others, however, have more sinister intentions. These malicious entities are jealous of the surface dwellers and will attack any who dare venture into their shadow-filled domain....
