Max Dillon Was once a worker in oscorp who was just a guy who had scycataric ailova Meaning he lacks love in childhood
and was one day had an accidet while he was restoring an electrical curcuit on late night Oscorp
the electrical current short circuited , knocks max off his back to a tube full of mutanic electrical eels
he then went to a rampage on times square when confronted by Spidey, then spider man carefully convinced max to go 
talk with him but one of the sniper squad hastley shot max making him angry of spiderman anddd.....Booom!!
