The Guardian of the Crystals guards the crystals with his life, and will stop at nothing to do so.
Below is the story behind the skin. I would like it if you read it, but feel free to skip to the end.
In a cave far below the surface of the Earth lie thousands of red crystals. Some of them are light, but some are dark. The light ones can protect anything from any enemy or weapon, but the dark can destroy any matter on Earth. If this cave was found, the fate of the world would be in the hands of the one who holds the crystals. One day, Professor Edmund F. Watson, who lived right above the cave, made a drill that could break through the Earth’s crust to discover what might lie below the surface. What he found was the cave of crystals. Not knowing the power of these gemstones, he took some back with him. The crystals completely changed him into a greedy, selfish man, and he used them for evil, and many innocent people suffered for it. His son, Lawrence Watson, knew he had to make sure the crystals were never brought above the surface again. Lawrence stole the crystals from his father in the night and went into the earth to where the cave was. But in the middle of the night, Edmund awoke, realizing that his precious crystals were missing. He descended to the cave where he found his son. Still possessed by the gems, he took out a knife and stabbed Lawrence to death. As soon as he had committed this terrible crime, he looked down and screamed, “What have I done?” He realized the evil in the crystals and that they must be protected. After months of searching, he found a green crystal, the biggest he had ever seen. Being a highly experienced scientist, he examined and tested it and found that it was not any ordinary crystal. It worked as a giant battery or engine that could power up anything he tested. An idea entered into his head, and he descended into the cave one last time. He found Lawrence’s body still lying there (the light crystals had kept him from rotting), and cut a hole into his chest. He placed the green crystal into the gap, and immediately his son came back to life, but not as before. His eyes glowed bright green and his skin crystallized purple. He tried to attack Edmund, possibly in vengeance, or possibly because he had no memories anymore, so Edmund fled, as his son made armor out of the red crystals. And to this day, Lawrence Watson guards the cave of crystals with his life, not letting a soul touch one. So if you ever stumble upon a cave filled with red gems, even if you think no one is there, BEWARE! Do not pick up or even touch a crystal. Turn back right away for he will be there, and will not let you leave without a price.
