With his grape jelly-stained, raggedy clothes, and his mucky knees, Captain Joey is a sight for sore eyes. Weilding his infamous cardboard sword, Joey enflicts fear on his suburban neighborhood. Not an ant nor earthworm has gone through his backyard without knowing his terror. Sailing upon his toy sailboat, he attacks plants and the occaisional passerby. With his mighty sword raised high in the air, Joey plunders the pantry for chocolate chip cookies and bubble gum. Often captured by the tryrants "Mom" and "Dad", Joey has become an expert jailbreaker. He doesn't rest until every living thing lives in fear of what he'll plunder next.
