Miles "Tails" Prower V 3!!!

This is the Tails skin for the new format, but also updated!!! ORIGINALLY MADE BY SETHREED.
Update LOG:
V 3.2:
Recolored the whiting, making the skin look cleaner.
V 3.0:
Gloves being worn are now custamizable!!!

Fixed some mis-details.

Tails' have now been added!

Fixed one side of his tail messed up, also making his shoes custimazable to wear.
