(Note - This skin has been re-uploaded because when I first uploaded the skin, it got view-hacked. So yeah. That sucks.)Hey guys, AnimeFanFTW here, and this skin is Nonon Jakuzure, from the anime, Kill la Kill!
Now, before I begin, can I just say:
Nonon must be the weirdest first name I have ever seen for an anime character.
HOW DO YOU EVEN PRONOUNCE IT!?!

Umm...anyway, moving on. xD
Nonon is one of the Four Divas in the anime. The Four Divas are basically top members of the student council, answering only to the leader, Satsuki. Nonon runs the Rakugo Club, 100 Poets Club, and the Marching Band. She also regulates the school's non-athletic groups. She's the conductor for the band, and loves music.
Now, Nonon may seem cute (That's probably because she is. <3), but she's also manipulative and has alot of wit. She can also be very bloodthristy in battle and her Goku Uniform allows her to use sound and music as a weapon. Also, her uniform can transform into a MASSIVE TANK!!!!!!1!!!
Also, her transformation looks sooooooo awesome!

Anyway, I had a really hard time picking which costume I wanted to make for her in the skin, because in the anime, she wears alot of different costumes. In the end, I chose the costume she wears when:
Little spoiler for Kill la Kill
When she loses against Ryuko in an awesome battle in the exams at around about episodes 7-12, I think.
So yeah.
She is simply my favorite character in Kill la Kill, because she is so cute and so awesome. And she's witty too. I like witty characters. xD
