Nouror the "Pegasus" Species

This skin is a example of the Nouror species, named after the Romanian word for cloud, "nor". These creatures are strong, and live in a great society said to be better than the society of the humans. The Nouror are called "Pegasus" by humans. Humans have seen sightings of them in dreams, and in the clouds flying with their wings. They were created near 3.5 million years ago when a horse and a bird had a very small baby that had wings, but didn't learn to fly until they were 6 months old. the Couror evolved and were driven to the clouds and lived there ever since, they have build small buildings that were blended with the clouds so humans wouldn't spot them. They control the clouds. They have 11 leaders and they vote for their decisions. Their society is advanced.
