I don't even know where to begin. Skip to the point; my mom's been sick for years.
I don't really remember when it started; all I know is that it's gotten worse.
She began to complain of a slight "head pressure" at times. Not a headache; she described that it felt like someone was pushing down on her brain. It would come in short sessions, maybe a mont, two months apart, and if she layed down for a while, it would go away. Over the course of about 3 years, they began to get worse, last longer, and more frequent. Laying down helped, but not all the way. And on April 3rd, 2014, everything just fell apart.
Since that day, she's hardly been out of bed for more than a few minutes at a time. The "pressure" is worse, and slightly better when laying down, but still not all the way. The severeness of it varies from day to day.
For the past two months, I've been doing 90% of the cooking (my dad's usually at work, and my brother is almost useless .-.), half of the household chores, plus taking care of our animals (21 chickens, 3 cats, and a dog) along with my schoolwork.
Nobody knew what it was, and she hadn't done much about it until recently; she contacted various doctors, and a specialist thinks she know what's wrong and might be able to fix her.
So, I'll be in a different state for about a week, and probably won't post any skins, but you might be able to find me in the PMC chat.
I really hope they can fix her - it will be amazing to have my mom back ♥
