The Crystal Digger

Right here, is my Underground Creatures Contest entry. I worked a while on getting the shading right, so i hope it turned out all right...

Still working on the skin, this is a early post, im gonna improve this skin the best i can the coming days. Tips about how i can do this are highly appreciated!

The Crystal Digger is an early prototype of the highly advanced mining robots. The robot has a armor made of a mix of bronze and hardened clay. The Crystal Digger lives thousands of miles under the surface, and is a extremely fast miner. The Crystal Diggers armor will not crack under any pressure and can withstand over 900 degrees. This robot never leaves the underground, it sends up the crystals to the surface using minecarts. Crystal Diggers are completely harmless and are armed with gear to help victims of cave collapses. The Crystal Digger likes the robot dance, tea and crystals.


Observe - Both this skin and it´s "back story"/info are still in Beta. I am constantly working on it and i will most certainly update it  2-3 times before im done.


It would be awesome if you could show some support by Diamonds, so i can get to the finalists.
