The Forsaken Diver

A Diver who mysteriously went missing during a diving mission. "He gave the return signal, but when we pulled out the lifeline, he wasn't on the end." Accounted Cpt. Stan of the diving vessel. "What was really weird was that as we were pulling the line out, it was heavy, as if he was actually on the other end." Another diving mission was immediately executed to try and retrieve the lost diver but nothing was ever found. The searchers only reported that the water was extremely cold at the site and also heavier than usual.
To this day, the diver has had a legend formed around him. People claim to have seen him walking about on the shore at night. Other interesting sightings include a woman claiming that he stole her dog, a local fisherman who claims that he grabbed onto the side of his boat, and another woman who claims to have breakfasted with him.
These accounts may seem ridiculous but there are real records of the man dissapearing. It is all up to you on whether or not you want to believe in the legend.
