He was mining, like he usually does, when he came across a strange crystal
"Hey, I've never seen this before. I'll frame this and show my friends!"
As soon and his diamond pickaxe touched the strange "ore", the world around him went white, and then.... he was unconscious...
"Alfred...." He heard someone call out.
"Alfred. ALFRED. HEY ALFRED!"
"Wha- what?" He tried to sit up, but found himself stuck in place!.
"Ugh. Why Alfred. Why do you have to be so neglective?"
As he looked up, he saw a Holy Figure floating around clouds.
"God?! Is that you!?! AM I DEAD?!?!?"
"Nonono, it's me, Morgan Freeman. Calm down, you're not dead, I came down to talk to you."
Alfred had absolutely no idea what just happened.
"You see Alfred, I gave you a book, a book to help you survive. And in that book, told you about the Glass Crystal. If you were to ever come upon it, then you'll be encased in glass forever. And ever... and ever... and-"
"WHAT?!?!?! YOU DIDN'T GIVE ME A- Wait.... Oh yea..." Alfred said sheepishly " I kinda sorta threw into my furnace"
Morgan Freeman facepalmed himself
"What? I was running low on coal, plus, the book was really boring. You're a horrible writer, you know that?"
"Well, you're going to be stuck in this glass case for the rest of your life. Also, if you break it, then you'll suffocate. This is not Earth. It looks like it, feels like it, sounds like it, and even tastes like it, but it's not. This is Minecraftia. I created this world to punish people like you. But it seems like it had taken a life of it's own, and now people enjoy "playing" in this world. I don't really get it, every corner hurts and filled with dangerous mobs. Oh well. Good luck"
And so, to this day, Alfred roams the blocks of Minecraftia, still doomed to be encased in his glass case forever....
