A skin I've been in need to do. She was a challenge, but a doable challenge that turned out quite nice. Crystal Maiden, also known as Rylai, is a really fun support character (Or carry, whichever you prefer). I don't have any specific builds for her, but I tend to max her passive first, then her stun.
Also, with her large wardrobe she makes for a good person to play dress-up with as well.
As you can see, I've made her pretty fabulous. Would prefer the Glacier Duster hair with the kinetic gem.
