Someone stole my skin and its not being taken down.

I posted a skin on skindex for the youtuber Dietstab, someone took the skin, edited it a little and claimed it as theirs without asking for premission, i was planning on updating the skin but the theif is ignoring my messages, i reported the skin for stolen but nothing happened
