All right, here are all these steps to this kind of question thingies!
1. Click the skin and right click the image and save in to downloads file. 
2. Go to minecraft.net and make sure to login or create account!
3. Go to your profile and see, "Change how you look in Minecraft"
4. Choose option of model, "Steve" or "Alex"
5. Click choose file and search for your downloaded skin.
6. Click upload when chosen a file of your skin!
7. TAA DAA!!! FINISHED!!!!
