Can I get some skinning help???

So.....I'd like to know if someone could help me with making a skin. I'm not the best at it and I've tried my hand at making what I want. I just need a LOT of help. If anyone is interested at helping me with this, I can post a link to what I want to get made.

Just so you guys know. A few specifications:

• Caucasian skin tone (That's White)
• Fair complexion (somewhat pale)
• Deep blue eyes (Not the Kawaii eyes that everyone seems to make)
• Long Blonde hair (Not just Yellow, Please try to be creative)
