Help Improving and reversing skin.

So I did something stupid and made my skin backwards so now I want to fix it. Also while your at it if anyone has any ideas for improving the skin that would be appreciated. The skin is based off of me and is supposed to be a magician type of look in a red shirt and black vest pants and black shoes so if that helps than good.
