Looking for a professional skin artist

I started YouTube in 2009 and it was a huge failure, then again, I was a lot younger. However, this year I want to get back into YouTube but in a more professional way. I'm looking for a skin artist who can make me a custom steampunk skin and not distribute it. I want to have a theme for my channel, but the base of it is a skin to match.
