Hello Guys! I would like to share to you the Arbiter - Halo 5 Skin. I made this skin by combining the Golden Armor of the Halo Mash-Up Pack and the Arbiter Skin itself from the Skin Pack. I made sure that it feels and looks like the Arbiter in Halo 5.
V2 - No 3d View Included. It features extended shoulder part of the armor.
