I Need An Anime Styled Skin

Okay, so i've been happy with my normal skin for a while, but lately, i've become addicted to this japanese rpg called "Bravely Default", and I saw this one character. I tried making a skin of him, but ultimately failed... (of course)

So I was wondering if anyone could try their hands at making a skin of Victor S. Court from Bravely Default.

All that would be nice about it is if the glasses are in the overlapping layer, or whatever it's called, and not directly on the face... >.>
