I was on this minecraft server, playing a minigame as usual. After the game, I saw 2 people with average looking skins. I noticed that they changed every 30 seconds or so to another skin, on its own, even while they were moving. I am very sure it is not a server donator perk (mineplex) and they were also unranked. Is this a mod, hack, or are they just quick with uploading skins? This is in minecraft 1.8
