i'm not sure anyone has made this thread yet, but here's a small toturial for you, not sure if this looks like a toturial, but i think you should go to PLAY STORE. i'm not sure if there is one on the APP STORE, since i don't have an iphone anymore, or even an ipad. so basically, go to the play store, search the keywords " skin toolkit for minecraft " if it's not there, that means it doesn't compatible with your device, if you don't want to create just download,
go to the website minecraftskins or planetminecraft, download some skins by picking your favorite skin, quickly tap "download to pc" or "download" go to minecraft pocket edition, click options, click the heads, browse, and tap the skins.
