Skin request!

So for the past few months I have had the same skin on an account. As of late I have had some technical difficulties with that account and resorted to getting a new one:

Must-Haves:[/b]

* Both eyes showing, whatever color matches the rest of the skin, mostly I like blue / brown.

* Male

* Short pants (Color blue from the top)

* Tank top (http://s.mltd.com/images/thumbs/obey-marathon-tank-top-grey-168377.jpg)

* Like light brown (I'm not racist.) (http://www.colourlovers.com/palette/342417/brown_hairblue_eyes color on the left)[/i]

* Dark-brown hair. (Dreadlocks)

Extra-Additions: (These things are optional but would be highly appreciated)[/i][/b]

* If possible, make the hair look like real dreadlocks so it's on some places darker.

For this skin to be made would make me so happy, and if you are going to tackle making it, good luck, no rush, but please inform me if you are or not!
