Skin request.

I am requesting a skin of a victorian male. They style that has the ruffles on the wrists and possible on the chest(not that gigantic ruffle collar that goes almost to the ears) but the one that is in the area where a short tie would be.

I don't mind those colors but I'd like something more. I think I always prefer the 3 pixel arm skin. None of this is a demand of course I'm asking someone to use their own free time to help me. If it is possible one of 4 and one of 3 pixel. I'm looking for pictures of something I'm wanting it to look like which I'm searching for as I'm writing this. Steam punk is not what I'm looking for that skin up there is just the only thing I could find that was good enough to use.

And just having a vest is fine also it doesn't have to have the tux type jacket. The bottom line things that I want on it is red white and black. The ruffles on the wrist I really want and the ruffles chest I would like to have but if it's too complicated or something it can be skipped. It may actually look better without the jacket I don't know. Who ever will be doing this will be the artist and are free to take creative control. Oh and brown hair and brown goatee or beard. The hat is up to who ever does it as long as it doesn't look weird. I kind of lean towards no hat but like I said creative control goes to who does it. No problem if you post this somewhere for other people to use also. It doesn't have to be like only my skin I just can't find one I like and this would help those looking for something similar also if it was open for all. Oh and I wear glasses. So that's up to you also. What ever you think looks best.
