I've asked a few different people if they can make this skin for me but so far I've had no responses and figured i might as well create a thread for it.

i would like the skin to look as close to the attached picture as possible in 32 or 64 bit.
For shoes i was thinking some kind of grey or tan flats.
As far as payment goes all i could really give you is a drawing. Thank you in advance to anyone who is willing to make this skin for me.
