Help on New skins face

I recently made a new skin, actually combined is a better word, and I don't really like the face (I like the hair and headset thing just not the face), it seems too generic:

I tried to do a creepy smile sort of thing but It didn't work out so good, so could someone try and make the face have a big creepy smile and fairly low-profile eyes? Thanks!
