Minecraft 1.8 skin designer needed!!!!

I really need a skin designer. im noob at designing skins and i want to make a yt channel and have a nice skin!!

(i would like second layers please (1.8 feature))

i would like the skin to be a guy and have blond hair. i am Dutch. i would also like a sweater and i would like the skin to have a red theme.
