Well, As I said it's kinda Melanie Martinez inspired because most of the time she has 2 coloured hair and I just wanted to make the hair like that, Then I put a bow on the top because sometimes she wears bows. It was just meant to be bright and colourful, And I really wanted to put dots because dots are cool. Anyway, I had fun making this skin and I hope you have fun... uh...
