SOoooo, this is my Entry for the Crazy Halloween Costumes Contest. It relates to the contest because Ghouls are female ghosts, and ghosts are  famous halloween spirits! SO, there is a brief story below, and enjoy!

Story⇓
Angelic Ghoulette was a French 1960's girl. She was loved by her community, until in 1967, she was pushed off the Eifel Tower, and fell to her death. Witnesses say they often see her spirit around or inside the Tower, or by her street. On Halloween Night, her spirit glows and thrives, as if she was still alive. Yet, she isn't. SO, every Hallows Eve, she apperars by the Eifel Tower, looking for the Assinators who killed her.
