Let me tell you a story, the story of how the man in front of you's, Wiford Brimley, life changed forever..

One spooky halloween night, Wilford "little Willy" Brimley was walking down a dark, dimly-lit, alley. He was just out trick-or-treating with his froends, and he delightfully clutched a massive bag of sweets. But as he waslked further down the lonely street, he felt a scary presense. Thinking that someone, or something was behind him, he looked back in fear... but to his suprise, nothing was there.. but something was there, watching him.. waiting..

Later that night. Wilford lay in bed, after just eaten all of his treasures, no sharing. He felt stuffed, but delighted at his spoils. However, he felt a strange feeling that someone was watching him. Again. So he got up, rushed to his door, and turned on the lights. But no one was there. "Stop being stupid," he told himself. "There's no one watching you." But as he went to bed, all tucked up nice and warm, something was there. It was no longer waiting. And it started to grow.

A few weeks later, Little Willy was feeling strange. He could no longer run during is PE classes as he got suprisingly worn out. He needed to drink gallons of water everyday to keep him going. Worst of all, his wounds didn't heal as well as they should, he felt pains in his abdomen and he vomited frequently. His mother, sick of all of his crying and complaining, sent him to the doctor. It was there that he was told that he had Type 1 diabetes.

Since then, Little Willies' life spiraled in a downward whirlpool of depression. He began to eat constantly to keep his sugar levels high. He became morbidly obese. He never got married because of his condititon and 10 years later, he died after choking on a BigMac Burger.

So kids, when you go out trick-or-treating, remember this:

All monsters are scary, but diabetes is the most terrifing of all...

Seriously though, anyone who is still here after reporting me to staff members for "Condition abuse" or whatever they call it these days, this is a joke, but it also has some meaning to it. Basically, I hope that no one eats too much rubbish during Halloween as it can destroy peoples lives, as seen above.
