How does this skin apply to the Nuclear Winter Skin Contest?

The Environemtal Protection and Exploration Suit (E.P.E.S.) is a mechanical suit designed to protect it's inhabitant from nearly anything. It can withstand below freezing and above boiling temperatures and shields its occupant from any radiation, or toxins in the air through a complex filtering system. It's feet contain rocket boosters, useful for making high jumps over obstacles. It can lift over a ton of ice (Or any other material) easily. It was desgined by it's creator to travel long distances in search of other survivors or resources that will help him to survive in this perilous new world that once was earth.
