Fallout Christmas Alt Skin

The Fallout Vault 13 skin has a premade gas mask on it which I then changed to have a christmas theme to it which include a Red/Green outline around it, light blue tinted visor, and a santa hat. The entire skin is also made wearing a Green and Red elf sweater and pants. The Pip-Boy's traditional green tinted screen has been also given a brown strap instead of dark green/dark grey and the screen has been changed to a red tint. The skin head has streaks of grey hair as well as a scar across the left eye (first person perspective) and the beard covers most of the lower head.
