i had so much fun skinning this to be honest, it too me a while but was fun :D
it's nice skinning something other than chibis and kawaii stuff, making this skin really made me think,
which is probably the purpose of these contests hehe.. these types of skins really show what you can do <3
anyways, I'm pretty proud on how this turned out haha!

Beauty is not what's on the outside, it's whats on the inside. Although, in this case, what's on the inside and outside doesnt matter, its all sort of half frozen..
A few weeks after the Nuclear war, people are still searching for survivors. People volunteered all over the country to help find 'the frozens'.at least thats what we call them. but these people are very brave, and they had to be suited wth some pretty heavy duty armour.
Why? Every chunk, or should i say crystal of snow, that ever touched the bombs, are considered infected. The snow turns light blue, and so does the person who touches it. All of this was figured out in about 4 weeks, scientists were rushed because people were reporting worse things than turning an icy blue, and wanted an answer before their loved ones were, gone.
We still don't have a cure, we just advise for you to watch out what you and your peers are touching and/are exposed to.
One of the four stages of this disease is loosing your body to frost bite, that is the last stage. it means that your internal organs have started to freeze over and pump less blood through your system.
By now you probably already have it, but anyways good luck with your battle.

Shh, I was apart of the scientists. I stole some of the good testing antidotes, no one knows about it.
