I adopted this OC from Winds and I absolutely adore him <3 I changed him slightly because I wanted him to have some sort of eyes, and I suck at wings so thats why he has no wings like the original.
Silence was never an ordinary child, he never truly fit in and he never knew why. Back then, though, he didnt go by "Silence". He decided upon that when he lost his humanity. You could say Silence doesnt seem all that different, but on the inside, oh, he definitely is.
Through school and his childhood, he always wondered why all of the kids made fun of him. After all, he didnt even know what they looked like entirely, he was partially blind. Yet, he strived on, always beating the other children by miles. He just worked in a way that was faster than others. Silence never really had a family, save his sister. But his sister ran away not too long after he started school, so he was moved to an orphanage, left to fend for himself.
He soon caught up on the ways of the world, continuing to "wow" the teachers and coaches at school. Eventually, he decided to leave school at 15, since he didnt see a future ahead of him that he wanted to build upon. No families would take him in because they didn't want a "broken" child like him. He still didn't understand their reasons for such choices.
Now, Silence roams the streets, helping the unaided, saving the unhealthy, feeding the hungry, but with no honour, still not understanding the true extent of his intelligence. For he has lost his true emotions, lost his true humanity, lost his voice. All that is left is Silence.
