The Humanitie's Only Hope.

  Finally, finished with the Armada's testing, the First Generation Cyborg prototype is finished, or well at least, kind of. Micheal Robert Evans, a traveller, who searched the wastes looking for adventure found himself in a little bit of trouble. After the Armada Squad heard of the Institute's dealings in the commonwealth, they decided to make their own ones. But after several tries, they just settled on a  half-robot-half-human. And poor Micheal was their first target. After modifying him a little bit, they decided to send him out for a little bit of adventure, and to test him out. But since he was the prototype, they obviously forgot to make him follow orders, so there, he just ran off. Nowhere to be seen again.
 The legend says he explores the wastes, but scavengers from settlements have reported he's headed for the ruins of the beloved Alaska, where the whole war started, travelling through the wasteland's biggest nuclear winter yet. Because War... War never changes.
