This skin is my entry for the Nuclear Winter Skin Contest.
Who/what this skin is.
This skin is basically Santa Claus as a wastelander.
He wears a santa suit because his Santa Claus (OF COURSE).He has a scar over his right eye and he covers his left eye with an eyepatch. He has kneepads, shoulder armour/pads, arm pads and a bandolier on him.
