Who/what is this skin?

This is the Septic Eye from Jacksepticeye's channel. It his is logo.

How does it relate to the theme of "Crazy Halloween Costumes"?

It is very creepy and cute at the same time. He is an eyeball that makes him creepy and has a hat which makes him cute. It kinda already fits the "Crazy" part of "Crazy Halloween Costumes". Also, it could be made into a real life costume. I've even considered it myself. A perfect Halloween Costume.
