Some announcements

This was mainly a shading test. I was trying for something a little less blocky. 

But anyway, announcements. 
November is nearly here again. That means National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo). That means I will have no life for thirty days while I try to write an entire novel in one single month. I did it last year; it was crazy fun, although that A New Civilization story on the forums took up most of my time. (Long story.)
Anyway, I mean to say, I'm going to be sort of inactive for a little while on account of my creative attentions turning to writing. I'm probably going to enter the Halloween contest and then go on a hiatus until NaNoWriMo ends. 

As I said previously, this was a shading test as well, so feedback is appreciated!
