The Irradiated Stranger is a man of many mysteries. One of them being why he has a green arm. He actually never had a right arm before the incident. Due to the amount of radiation absorbed over the years he actually grew this green arm. Nobody knows why he isn't dying from the radiation some say that it actually makes him live longer. That is if you consider living for 500 years, long. He travels throughout the ongoing Nuclear Blizzards in hope to find answers.
